How do I order?
Choose an outfit and available size or colour, add it to your bag and continue to checkout. Enter your name, contact information and Malaysian delivery address before payment.
Do I need an account?
No. Guest checkout is available. An account gives you a place to view your orders.
Can you help me choose a size?
Yes. See our size guide, then send us the product link and your child’s measurements if you need help.
Where do you deliver?
Within Malaysia only. Read Shipping & delivery for DHL eCommerce estimates and delivery information.
How do I track an order?
Use your parcel tracking number with DHL. For help locating your shipment, contact us with your order number.
Can I change a size, return an item or cancel?
Our Exchange & Return Policy explains eligibility, deadlines and how to contact us before sending anything back.
How do I pay?
Use an available payment option shown at checkout. If payment is unavailable, contact us for assistance before placing an order.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter a valid code in the coupon field in your bag or checkout, then check the updated total before paying.
How should I care for the outfit?
All outfits are dry clean only. Damage or colour run-off caused by washing or improper care is not covered by our store policy. Contact us if you need care advice before cleaning.
How can I ask about a specific product or order?
Open Chat with us from the product page to include the product details. From your signed-in order page, the chat can include that order’s details. Guests can enter their order number in the form. You send the message and receive our reply in WhatsApp.
