We serve Malaysia only, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Our selected delivery partner is DHL eCommerce.

These are DHL’s standard estimates after handover to the courier, not guaranteed arrival dates. Preparation time is separate. Remote locations, public holidays, peak periods or service disruption may affect arrival. Ask us before ordering for a time-sensitive occasion.
Delivery charges
Enjoy flat-rate DHL eCommerce delivery: RM8.00 for West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia) and RM15.00 for East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan). Your delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment. If no delivery option is available at checkout, contact us for assistance.
Following your parcel
Use your DHL tracking number to follow the parcel through DHL tracking. For an order enquiry, include your Kanha order number when you contact us.
Help with a delivery
Check your address, postcode and contact number before paying. If a parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and photos.
